RedFork - Closed

2537 N. Fitzhugh Ave. Dallas, TX 75206 | East Dallas & Lakewood | 214-827-3200

Location Description:

Talk about a tumultuous start. The Redfork tavern opened to fanfare, touting top toques, but the stars in the kitchen bolted shortly after the curtains opened. Chef Ryan Carbery was left in the wake and leans on his knowledge of Italian techniques to steer what was originally a gastropub menu toward Tuscany. A pizza oven turns out Neapolitan pies whose toppings include Carbery's house-cured charcuterie. Other standouts include a decent burger, mussels paired with perfectly cooked fries and a number of interesting sandwiches. Enjoy the cool, sleek dining room or the outdoor patio in cooler weather and get ready to watch football - Carbery is a huge sports fan.
