The draw at Saint Ann isn't the food, but the gorgeous dining room and the equally good-looking people who congregate there. Housed in a 1927 building that served as the city's first school for Hispanic children, there's nothing prim about Saint Ann in its current incarnation: The restaurant, done up in wood and glass, is exceedingly elegant -- although it does have quite a few televisions, which speak to the eatery's real intentions. This is a sports bar, with decent burgers and sandwiches. Skip the steak and scallops and have a beer.
