For more than 18 years, brother and sister co-owners Kim and Holly Forsythe have developed the dinner club atmosphere and brand of Sambuca from the original Deep Ellum location to offspring establishments. The Forsythes have opened shops across the South and metroplex, not to mention this outpost at the Shops at Legacy in Plano. Designed as a casual -- in their words,"a rockin'"--grill, the latest iteration, Sambuca 360 offers mid-range-priced (read: no more than $30) versions of its re-imagined specialties. Among the dishes favored by the evening wear crowd are the salmon carpaccio with shallots and lime as well as the filet with Gorgonzola walnut butter, smashed potatoes and green beans.
