Giveaway: A Pair of Tickets to Edgefest 20 at Pizza Hut Park on Saturday

People keep commenting on our post about Edgefest 20 from early last month, saying that a) I apparently didn't give the Deftones, Neon Trees and the Crash Kings enough credit, and b) that Phoenix sucks. Not to start a flame war with anonymous commenters or anything, but here's my response:...

People keep commenting on our post about Edgefest 20 from early last month, saying that a) I apparently didn't give the Deftones, Neon Trees and the Crash Kings enough credit, and b) that Phoenix sucks. Not to start a flame war with anonymous commenters or anything, but here's my response: Y'all are crazy. At least about Phoenix.

But, hey, that's the good thing about Edgefest 20 having two stages, right? Indie kids to the left, metal heads to the right. Also: Hole fans.

Anyway, in this week's paper, I discuss the good and the bad about this weekend's KDGE-102.1 FM The Edge-hosted concert at Frisco's Pizza Hut Park.

And now I come to you with something even better: A free pair of tickets to the affair. Just one pair--and they're hard, actual, physical tickets. So if you want them, you've got to be able to stop by the office today (the seventh floor of 2501 Oak Lawn Ave.) by our reception desk's close at 5:30 p.m. If you fit that criteria, then, by all means, shoot me an email right now with the words "Living on the Edge" in the subject line. First person to do that (who is also able to get here by 5:30) wins. Good luck!

Update: Contest is over. Congrats to our winner!
