Speaking of Sons of Hermann Hall, it looks like you've now got one more reason to be pissed at yourself if you missed King Khan & The Shrines' show at that venue on Tuesday night, which, quite easily, actually, stands as one of best shows we've seen in 2010.

In the wake of that show, which saw King Khan constantly shouting out his love for Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse on Inwood (where he and his band ate earlier in the day), Khan and Co. have added a new song to their MySpace page. And here's the fun part: It's all about Sonny Bryan's--acting as a faux-commercial of sorts for the barbecue joint.

Listen to it on the band's MySpace place, where it's called "Sonny Bryant's Dallas TexasBBQ Commercial." It's a bit of a misfire there on the restaurant's name, but, oh well. Khan keeps the rouse up in the song's lyricism, too, as you'll see.

Sings Khan over keyboard and horn flourishes: "Sonny Bryan's Barbecue/Burning hot in my gullet/Makes me want to shave my mullet/Sonny Bryan's Barbecue/Free ribs, free cole slaw, free Mumia Abu-Jamal!/Sonny Bryan, friend of Kobe Bryant/Missed and loved by us all."

Seriously, we need to get this on the radio, STAT.
