In hometown-boy-done-good news, we just received a press release announcing School Of Seven Bells Fall headlining tour in support of their forthcoming album, Disconnect From Desire, which drops on July 13.

Ben Curtis (formerly of local bands Captain Audio and Secret Machines) and identical twins Ally and Claudia Deheza will be making a stop at Hailey's Club in Denton on October 8.

During the last Austin City Limits music festival, Pete Freedman sat down with Curtis, who described the new record as having a "bigger sound." And as you can see the in the above video for "Half Asleep," which was directed by former Polyphonic Spree multi-instrumentalist Toby Holbrooks, the sound was already pretty big.

Anyone who saw School Of Seven Bells on their last stop through town can only assume that this will make their already stellar live show even better.
