Pearl Jam bassist Jeff Ament and another employee of the band were attacked outside of a recording studio in Atlanta. I guess this ruins their chances of ever recording in Detroit.
When Kanye blogs, people listen. After railing against Kanye imposters on Twitter (twimposters?) on his blog, the micro-blogging network swooped into action to take down fake accounts.
Idris Elba, better known as The Wire's Stringer Bell, is putting acting aside for a minute to create music under the pseudonym Driis. Don't roll your eyes just yet--he's an accomplished club DJ and even wrote the musical introduction to Jay-Z's American Gangster.
