A Florida Company is the Master of the Cowboys' Domain Name
Exactly a month ago we mentioned how the folks who owned the domain name Cowboys.com thought they'd sold the moniker to the Dallas Cowboys -- only, not so much, as Jerry Jones' team wasn't about to fork over $275,000 for the domain name. Especially not when the Cowboys thought they'd gotten it for ... $275.
Well, shortly after we posted that, turns out, Cowboys.com was indeed sold -- for $370,000, no shit -- during a silent auction. Says here that the site was snapped up by Florida-based Recall Media Group, which touts itself as a "diversified technology holding company." Now they're holding Cowboys.com.
