Thursday, the Dallas Police Department announced that they were looking for a man who "stripped completely naked, began to masturbate, exposed his anus to the victim and then fled on foot," from a Dallas construction site on Tuesday, April 5.

The next day, the man returned to the construction site, police wrote:

"The victim called officers to the scene after he observed the same suspect lying on the ground while masturbating. Officers arrived but were unable to apprehend the suspect after a brief foot chase. On this date the suspect was wearing a grey T-shirt, black pants with a white stripe, and was carrying a black and blue shopping bag. Officers believe he may live in the area of the offense location. The victim advised that he has observed the suspect performing the same lewd acts on several other occasions."

Friday, DPD announced that, thanks to tips from the community, they had a name for their suspect — Jibril Salami.

Call DPD if you see Mr. Salami. He's wanted for indecent exposure.
