Update at 12:34 p.m.: Police have identified the victim as 23-year-old Vilma Esperanza Alvarado.

Original post: Early Sunday afternoon, about 1:15 p.m., officers were called to an empty warehouse parking lot at 7301 Ambassador Row, just off Stemmons, where they discovered the body of a Hispanic woman who had been beaten and stabbed repeatedly. Police don't have a name or age, just the tattoos and car keys you see above. The heart is on the upper right leg just above the knee. The second is on her lower right calf. A third, not pictured, is of a Playboy bunny with the name "Marie" and is just below her right shoulder.

Anyone with information about the murder or the identity of the victim should call Detective Ahearn at 214-671-3682 or the Dallas Police Homicide Unit at 214-671-3661 or 214-671-3624.
