NBC's Chase, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, starts shooting in and around Dallas tomorrow, and while it would appear Cache Casting has wrapped its extra look-sees for now, the company is casting about for a stand-in for star Kelli Giddish, who plays U.S. Marshal Annie Frost in the hide-and-seeker with an initial 13-episode order. Says the Facebook description, "Must be 5'6" - Size 2-4 Blonde Hair - Blue Eyes - Physically Fit - Experienced Standin - Dependable - Reliable Transportation." So close ...
If you skipped your 10th high-school reunion, Clay Liford has an offer: The director of Earthling is about to begin shooting his next feature, Minor in Possession, and is in need of "several hundred extras" ages 18 to 40 on July 28 at Garland High School. But do note: "This scene is set in early October in Texas so please dress accordingly. Any cocktail or business casual outfit is welcome, but colors other than black, white, or red are preferred." We mentioned this a few weeks ago: Friday Night Lights is taking over the Cotton Bowl at week's end. And the series needs warm bodies -- won't be hard, since it's supposed to be 193 degrees by Friday and Saturday -- with which to fill the seats. There was a sign-up through DFW Wildlife Coalition, but the deadline for that closed Friday. But word is they still need people.
