...President George W. Bush sure is obsessed with his library (and his legacy). Say so right here in today's New York Times, which details his desire to merge "a public policy center with his presidential library after he leaves office in 2009." And the paper still has Southern Methodist University as the front-runner for the presidential library, which is expected to cost $200 million--or $35 mil more than Bill Clinton's, which once more proves that Bush II isn't nearly as thrifty as his predecessor. --Robert Wilonsky
