Foreman on Fantroy
Former Dallas Area Rapid Transit board member Joyce Foreman this morning weighs in on the death of former city council member James Fantroy, who died yesterday after a prolonged battle with kidney cancer. Among her thoughts on the subject: "He was the epitome of a public servant that able to stand up for his community and forge relationships with other Councilpersons, because he was not a 'go-along-to-get-along' person, but a person that wanted ALL of Dallas to be economically vibrant." --Robert Wilonsky
