The Frisco folks are happy-happy-joy-joy over this; says James Gandy, president of the Frisco Economic Development Corp, "From an economic development perspective, it's a proud day when you can raise the Forest City flag in your community." Guess so; Mayor Laura Miller would certainly agree. But I still recommend you read this collection of info about Forest City before you go raising anything. --Robert Wilonsky
