If Nothing Else, Fans' Intense Dislike For Tom Hicks Continues to Inspire Creativity
First, there were the billboards. Then, the poster. Then, the song. Then, the worldwide picture-taking campaign. And now, this: From an e-mail that just showed up in the Unfair Park in-box, "Liverpool fans kick off poster campaign against Tom Hicks. These are apparently going to start appearing in Texas." So says one Unfair Park reader in Liverpool -- and, sure, I guess they are now.
Says the missive, the campaign is actually being "run by a group of Texas-based fans" calling themselves the LFC Rangers (Texas Division). Which is why you'll notice that the fine print at the bottom of the poster makes it relevant for Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars fans as well.
