Most of the leftovers and hand-me-downs sold by municipalities over on Lone Star Auctions have four wheels and are covered in rust -- though there was that one time, about a year ago, Dallas County was selling off four horses just in time for the Apocalypse. Now, the county's trying to offload three little piggies ... well, OK, three hogs. One of 'em is a Hampshire; the other two young Durocs. This would have to happen the week after the boy finished reading Charlotte's Web.
