Last night, Governor Rick Perry served as moderator for a most special event at the Special Events Center in Garland: a conservative three-way during which radio chat-show hosts Michael Medved, Hugh Hewitt and Mike Gallagher rated and debated Obama's First 100. (High marks and high fives all 'round, though there's a good chance that's incorrect information. Yes, sure 'nuff, it is.) At about the 30-second mark of KXAS-Channel 5's coverage, it sounds like Perry's auditioning for Richard Linklater's "spiritual sequel" to Dazed and Confused. Even his tweets from the event had a certain Wooderson-y touch: "These guys are on fire for liberty!!!" All right, all right, all right, mofo. Jump for it.
