Which puts Southern Methodist behind ~~Baylor~~Rice, the University of Texas and Texas A&M when it comes to the other Texas universities on the list. But don't feel left out, TCU: You're No. 113! No doubt, some will have problems with the mag's methodology -- seems to be some argument about the definition of "tier."
