This Park Lane estate sold for $10 million last year. It was on the tax rolls at the time for less than half that.

H.L Hunt's heirs got a nice break on his much-mocked Mount Vernon copy at White Rock Lake. The taxman figured they owned a $3 million house. It sold for $10 million.
