Rogelio Sanchez Brito drove his red Ford pickup south to the Millennium Hotel in the Mexican border town of Ojinaga, where he turned it over to a man he'd never before seen. Brewster County Sheriff Ronny Dodson says that smugglers have become so advanced in scouting the area that when he leaves his office, someone is on the phone alerting people on the other side of the border.
