During the climactic final scene of Romeo and Juliet, its impossible not to hope that maybe just this once Juliet will awaken before Romeo downs a dram of poison. But the apothecary isn't joking when he warns, if you had the strength of twenty men, it would dispatch you straight. Alas, violent delights have violent ends. The Texas Ballet Theater is wise not to alter the classic production set to Sergei Prokofiev's sweeping score. Romeo and Juliet glide across Verona, their bodies radiating star-crossed love, while sword fights between the Capulets and Montagues are gracefully violent. Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday, 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Bass Performance Hall, Fourth and Calhoun Streets in Fort Worth. Tickets are $19 to $99.
