Former stud catching prospect Taylor Teagarden had all the credentials to be a star in Arlington, but injuries and inconsistency have derailed his ability to fulfill his promise. A whopping 17 strikeouts and only one hit in 27 at-bats this year forced Texas to send him down to Double-A Frisco hoping he'd finally blossom, as the Rangers' catching duo of Matt Treanor and Max Ramirez is giving Geno Petralli thoughts about coming out of retirement. Don't miss Teagarden and his fellow RoughRiders battle the Midland Rockhounds at Dr Pepper Ballpark Sunday through Wednesday.
