Getting an invitation to sing at Tori Spelling's wedding is no small feat. So when the ostensible star asked Steve Lippia, a handsome Sinatra-esque crooner from Vegas, he snapped and sugared all the way to Beverly Hills. He knows opportunity when he sees it. Lippia is a pop music vocalist who plays with symphonies and at jazz festivals, casinos and clubs across the United States and Canada. He puts on a suit, slicks back the 'do, and channels his best Sinatra. And while Lippia croons classics like "My Way" and "The Lady is a Tramp," he brings his own swagger to the Chairman of the Board's standards. Lippia is polished, cool, crisp and classy. He's graced the sound stages of television shows like Extra and CNN's Showbiz Today, and he's even played parties and prominent events hosted by Donald Trump and Michael Dell. With dashing good looks and a whiskey smooth voice, you'll want to take him home too. Steve Lippia is in Dallas for one night only to perform his show, Simply Sinatra, at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson. Tickets are $27 to $55. Call 972-744-4650 or visit eisemanncenter.com.
