Tanya Tucker fits into so many categories, it is hard to know where to begin. From prodigy (she had a hit with "Delta Dawn" at 13!) to actress to addict to outlaw to country legend, she filled so many roles so early in life. She also added author to that list, with a 1997 autobiography, Nickel Dreams. Then in 2005, she became the star of Tuckerville, her very own reality TV show, which documented Tucker's life at home with her family in Nashville. Tuckerville ran for two seasons, but the down-home diva may be coming back soon in another incarnation of the show, tentatively titled Tucker Time, with the family now residing in Malibu, California. With all of that going on, she still takes time to tour and entertain the likes of you with her down-to-earth voice and her sparkling personality. With an appearance at the same honky-tonk where she recorded her 2005 live record, Live at Billy Bob's Texas, Tucker will be putting on her famously vibrant show come Saturday. Billy Bob's is in the Stockyards of Fort Worth at 2520 Rodeo Plaza. Call 817-624-7117 or visit billybobstexas.com for information and tickets.
