Miss the 2008 election? Ready catch a good play? Not sure what those two things have in common? Adventures in Mating, may quite possibly be the most democratic play for our democratic society. The audience controls the characters' decisions thus taking the direction of this romantic comedy any which way. Red or white wine? Soup or salad? Slap or kiss? Send the characters on their wildest or best first date ever. Basically it's a "Choose Your Own Adventure," all grown up. With more than 60 different scene combinations, no one can spoil the end. If you want a different ending, go see another performance, but hurry: Adventures in Mating enjoys it's final performances this weekend at Cox Building Playhouse in Plano. Tickets are $16 on Thursdays and matinees, and $20 Fridays and Saturdays. For more information, call 972-849-0358 or visit roverdramawerks.com.
Thursdays-Saturdays. Starts: Sept. 25. Continues through Oct. 2, 2010
