The next Pro Football Hall of Famer chosen with the 51st overall pick in the NFL Draft will be the first.

Meaning? That the Dallas Cowboys have quantity in this weekend's draft, but not quality.

Thanks to Roy Williams, the Cowboys don't own a first-round pick but have 11 selections overall including one in the second, one in the third, two in the fourth, three in the fifth, two in the sixth and two in the seventh.

Only the Carolina Panthers (59th) will make their first pick after the Cowboys.

Still, the Cowboys can have a successful draft, right?

Of the rare Mock Drafts that go two rounds deep, two of them - here and here - say the Cowboys will draft Oregon safety Patrick Chung at 51. This one has them taking Oregon offensive lineman Max Unger and this one Utah cornerback Sean Smith.

I say if Dallas can't acquire a head coach with some cajones, it might as well draft a safety with some size.

Just don't expect him to be a Hall of Famer.
