Holiday time stresses me the crap out. It seems the holidays come at the worst time of the year...every year. Why aren't the holidays right after income tax return time--would make sense to me. Whatever the cause for panic, I'm fairly certain that laughing at a slew of people in a silly predicament is a good remedy. Just add liquor. Jeeves and Wooster, the employee/employer duo, are at it again. This time Justice of the Peace Sir Watkyn Bassett's daughter, Madeline, is set to marry Wooster's friend, Gussie Fink-Nottle, and the JP does not approve. Plus, Wooster gets in a situation with an antique cow-creamer, his Uncle Tom and the JP that not even know-it-all Jeeves can figure out. See The Code of the Woosters through January 4 at Stage West, 821 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 3 p.m. Sundays. (No shows on December 25 or January 1, though). Tickets are $24 to $28. Visit stagewest.org.
Thursdays, 7:30 p.m.; Fridays, Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Sundays, 3 p.m. Starts: Dec. 11. Continues through Jan. 4, 2008
