There's nothing better than a Hollywood homicide, even if it's only pretend. But then really, isn't everything in Hollywood pretend anyway? With people selling pictures of their newborns (with "dare to be different" names) to the highest bidder and crazy couch-jumping scenes galore, some of these celebrities are more entertaining off the big screen than they are on, and they're prime targets for anyone willing to take aim. Watch the fun folks at Dallas Hub Theater, 2809 Canton St., take their shots as they parody tabloid fodder (take, for instance, Tom Schmooze, Angie Holie, George Looney and Jennifer Lonistan) in a dinner theater murder mystery, Celebrity Newly Deads 2. The Comedy Killers Interactive Mysteries will entertain you with their improvisational style, and there's a different ending for every show, so even repeat attendees never know what's in store. Performances run 7 p.m. Saturdays through July 21, with doors at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 and include the price of the show, a three-course meal from Chef Juan Carlos and beverages. Reservations are required. Call the Hub box office at 214-749-7010, ext. 2 or visit dallashubtheater.org.
