Carlos Alazraqui--made famous by his outrageously law-devoted character Deputy James Garcia on Comedy Central's cult-hit show Reno 911!--brings his jokes to Dallas this weekend for three days of hilarity. When Carlos isn't busting roller-skating prostitutes in Reno or recording "Yo Quiero Taco Bell" for one of the most recognizable commercial campaigns in history, he's just trying to make people grin a bit. Shows start at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Friday, and 8 and 10:30 p.m. Saturday at Hyena's Comedy Night Club, located next to the Angelika in Mockingbird Station. Doors open one hour before show time. Despite Carlos' work in children's programming such as Nickelodeon's Cat/Dog, Fairly Odd Parents and Rocko's Modern Life, Carlos' fans younger than 18 will not be permitted into the club. Side note: $10 admission requires a two-item minimum purchase per person. Tickets are $10 to $15. For more information, call 214-823-5233 or visit hyenascomedynightclub.com.
