Have you watched the movie 9 to 5 recently? Have you noticed how well it’s held up? Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin were embracing the idea of “lean in” way before Sheryl Sandberg wrote a book about it, although theirs came with a side of comedic revenge against their boss, Dabney Coleman. Of course, the musical numbers were the highlight of that film. Richardson’s Repertory Company Theatre (650 N. Coit Rd., #2320) is hosting a short run of 9 to 5: The Musical, directed by Debra Carter, to kick off its summer musicals series. Pour yourself a cup of ambition and get over there. Sunday is closing day, with a matinee showing at 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $14 to $25. Call 972-690-5029 or visit rcttheatre.com for times and ticket info.
