Any sushi enthusiast knows the secret is in getting the rice just right, and here you'll learn tricks for the perfect sushi rice, plus some basics about essential ingredients. And oh, yes--you will roll, practicing with a tantalizing menu that includes fundamentals like California rolls and spicy tuna rolls, along with the less traditional prosciutto asparagus roll.
