If you want a healthy challenge, try ice-skating on a frozen lake. The two main problems: no railings to grab and grass-cicles poking up every few feet—conditions even the best toe-pick can't compensate for. As someone who can hardly negotiate a Zamboni-polished rink, I took the challenge wearing so many layers (to pad my body from all the spills and chills) that getting up off the ice was as easy as a penguin riding a unicycle. It makes one wonder how Disney on Ice skaters perform in those bulky costumes. They must be...Incredible. Whatever you're in the mood to celebrate— the recent Disney-Pixar merger or your own recent superhuman accomplishment—"go to Disney World" by catching their latest ice show. The Incredibles in a Magic Kingdom Adventure skates into Dallas' Reunion Arena on March 22 and Fort Worth's Convention Center on March 29—minus the grass-cicles.
