Arguably one of the coolest things about the far-flung northern 'burb of Frisco (well, besides Ikea, land of $20 disposable coffee tables), Fieldhouse is a 144,000-square-foot state-of-the-art indoor sports facility just a stone’s throw from the FC Dallas arena, featuring 12 basketball courts and a massive turf-covered “field” that’s used for not only the favorite sport of suburban white-bread kids everywhere, soccer, but also flag football, kickball and lacrosse. It’s not just for ankle-biters, either. Fieldhouse also has a world-class training facility that counts many professional athletes as clients, plus adult basketball and soccer leagues for us mere mortals.
