Speaking of shows being canceled, DC9 just received a press release with the news that the Jonas Brothers' July 27 performance at Superpages.com Center has been canceled.
But before you tweens get all jacked up on Mountain Dew and lose it, breath easy: The show's been rescheduled for September 12 at, presumably, the same venue.
All tickets for the July 27, show will be honored on September 12.
The reason for the change? Westlake's Own have turned the damn thing into a world tour, so some shows needed to be moved around to accommodate their newly added shows in Latin America and Europe.
Really, local tweens, should consider yourselves lucky: The JoBros flat-out canceled their appearances in some cities with no sign of a reschedule. But, seriously, let's all cross our fingers that Justin Bieber's Monday night performance at the Verizon Theatre goes according to plan.
