These days it's not uncommon to hear their stuff on Budweiser and Ford commercials. See them as they hit the road with Denmark's fusion group Volbeat and hardcore boys Spoken.
Major Lazer Monday, March 11, at House of Blues, $25 Laser lights and smoke machines galore will accompany the eclectic dance beats of beat master DJ Diplo this spring. Expect to hear material from his upcoming February release, Free the Universe. If you have a condition, I'd say you should sit this one out.
The Black Crowes Thursday, April 25, at House of Blues, $58.50 Bluesy Southern rockers The Black Crowes haven't released an album since 2010's Croweology, but they've hit the road anyway, and are making a stop in Dallas this April. A few weeks before they arrive in Big D they plan to release a live vinyl album, Wiser for the Time, showcasing the group's five-night, sold-out NYC performances in the fall of 2010.
