Pikahsso, Picnic and Tahiti of PPT just posted their latest music video onto YouTube, and the Hal Samples-shot video version of the track "When We Was Kool" is flat-out phenomenal. Check it out:
(It helps that it's a killer song, too.)
The timing of this video's release is a bit weird, considering that the track is off PPT's 2006 debut release, Tres Mondos In Love and that the band's about to drop it's next disc, Denglish, on April 15. But hey, we're not complaining--we like this track and video too much. Nice job, fellas.
(Interesting note: According to Erv Karwelis of Idol Records, the final touches to video were still being applied last night. Hours later, it's up on YouTube with over 100 views already--without any promotion. Talk about a quick turnaround.
Oh, and if you're interested in seeing the behind-the-scenes clip about shooting this video, we've got that, too, after the jump.) -- Pete Freedman
