  • The alleged final version of Eminem's Dr. Dre-produced, "Crack a Bottle" has hit the world wide interweb. It features Fitty and Dre, each contributing a verse. The reclusive rapper even takes a jab at himself in reference to the rumors he got fat, saying, "In this corner...weighing in at 175 lbs...Slim Shady!" I don't think this is the first single of the forthcoming Relapse album, though. Isn't his first single always the jokey song? Oh, and you can listen to it here.
  • Apparently the battle that's going on in Gaza reaches far beyond the Middle East. Now, Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson have allegedly been targeted by Islamic extremists because of their Jewish heritage...via a message board? I guess they don't know that Amy will prolly be dead before they get to her. Or that a message board is bad way to plan any kind of terror attack. But, they could get it done easily by supplying her with a deadly amount of the crack. Smoke up, Johnny!
  • Wha!? Another Jane's Addiction reunion tour is in the works? Maybe. I would hope the reunion would include the original bassist Eric Avery. At least he did two small reunion shows with them already.
  • Dr. Jan Adams, the controversial plastic surgeon who has been blamed for Kanye West's mother's death, has been sentenced to one year in prison. However, it's not because of the death of Ye's mother--it's as a result of his third DUI. He was arrested in June for driving the wrong way on the highway, and he had a blood alcohol level of 0.20. If prison is anything like I saw on Oz, just put on the make-up and take it, prag. --Lance Lester
