Late last night, Lori Conrad at KTVT and KTXA sent word: Channel 21's about to launch a music show: The Texas Music Scene (catchy?), which will air on TXA 21 after Texas Rangers Friday Night Baseball around 10:30ish p.m. every week beginning this Friday, matter of fact.
