After all the brouhaha over the Dallas Independent School District's revised grading policy, the kid's had plenty of honest-to-God homework since starring kindergarten earlier this month -- very surprising and very welcome. Nonetheless, CNN yesterday revisited the controversy. And this morning, Kent Fischer grades the (mostly absentee) committee that came up with the policy in the first place. Also worth your time this morning, a comment from an 11-year DISD vet now afraid of losing a job, if only because: "I will miss seeing the light bulb go off above their heads as they 'get it' for the first time." --Robert Wilonsky
