You went through all the trouble of having a baby -- the screwing, the swelling, the pushing, the cooing, the gawking, the beginning tinges of regret -- and now what are you going to do? Cover the damned thing up, of course! With a Secure2Me baby blanket.

Designed by Dallas mom Amy Long, the Secure2Me blanket claims to differ from other blankets in that it has little clippy things on the corners that enable baby transporters to clip the edges of the blankie to a wheelbarrow, saddle, stroller or whatever it is you're pushing Junior around in. Ranging in price from $29 to $42, the blankets come in a remarkable array of non-bunny/bear/kitty/puppy prints that look like they were actually designed by adults, who are the ones looking at the things most of the time anyway. Way to go, Amy!

Although, by my calculations, you can get a fleece and some binder clips for under $20. But you really can't beat this deal: a good ol' box of Trojans for $6.99. --Andrea Grimes
