It's a done deal: Come Saturday, Rick Perry will announce he's running for president, which isn't nearly as shocking as the fact we may not hit 100 degrees today. (I mean, it's nice out.) Look, the governor of Texas says so right there in his interview with Mark Halperin that's just hit Time's website:

Does any aspect of running for President intimidate you?
No.

Does any aspect of it excite you or enthuse you?
Yeah, I'm kind of getting to the haul-in point and the idea that, this is what I'm supposed to be doing. I mean, this is starting to get to that comfort level and I've got the calmness in my heart. I think that was a bit of a hurdle initially but I'm very calm in my heart that this is what I'm supposed to be doing.

So, might as well go ahead and post Stephen Colbert's Super PAC ads for Rick Perry ... pardon, Rick Parry, the "A" for America (and Iowa). They're after the jump. Boom.
