The Richards Group has finished posting all of its help-wanted spots to the YouTubes -- and, wow, the one below really makes you wanna work for Stan Richards. Only, turns out the only thing some folks hate more than these spots is Richards Group's Bridgestone ad, which debuted during the Super Bowl -- you know, the one in which a driver swerves to miss Alice Cooper and instead aims his car at Richard Simmons. Writes AdAge's Bob Garfield, the spot "seems awfully mean -- and homophobic"; a critic at 365Gay.com agrees, while also pointing out that "Bridgestone's openly gay Advertising and Internet manager," the wondrously named Michael Fluck, has no problem with the spot whatsoever. --Robert Wilonsky
