A scene from Brian De Palma's Redacted

Keith Olbermann and Bill O'Reilly are probably secret-handshake homies, squawk boxes from the left and right, respectively, who use each other's predictable talking points as selling points for their basic-cable bully pulpits. Hard to get too worked up about either guy -- the former ESPN'er still working Sunday-night football broadcasts and the ex-WFAA'er Byron Harris once called "particularly dishonest, obnoxious, self-centered." Still, take Olbermann and O'Reilly, then add to the mix Dallas Mavs owner Mark Cuban and Redacted, Brian De Palma's Casualties of War remake set this time in Iraq, and you get a whole lot of sounding off whilst counting down last night on Keith's MSNBC show. Two whole segments to enjoy with your morning coffee, including a "challenge" from Cuban to O'Reilly. --Robert Wilonsky
