In short, houses ain't moving like they did last year, but those that are being sold are going for a higher average sale price -- up a good six percent over 2007, matter of fact. He also has very ugly Park Cities and Preston Hollow stats -- and this morning he offers to do the math for your neighborhood, if you're so inclined. --Robert Wilonsky
