The body of Major General Hugh Robinson will be released from a three-week limbo at a Dallas funeral home and buried with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery, according to Scott D. Weber, a lawyer representing Robinson's biological children. The remains of the late civic and military leader were the object of feuding demands by Robinson's first and last families.

Robinson, who died March 1 at the age of 77, had four wives in the course of his life.

Speaking today in an empty Dallas County probate courtroom, Weber said a hearing on the place of burial scheduled for 2:30 p.m. had been called off because parties to the dispute had resolved their differences. He said the date and time of Robinson's burial in Virginia were still to be determined. Some reporters who had hoped for a more dramatic scenario left the courthouse in various states of dejection.
