Two Dallas Religious Stations Will Make Digital TV Transition Well Before June Deadline

Last month, the feds put off the digital TV transition till June 12 -- which isn't stopping two Dallas stations from making the switch well before the deadline. Late yesterday, the Federal Communications Commission released a list of some 150 stations going all-digital early, and among those making the transition from analog are the Trinity Broadcasting Network's KDTX-Channel 58, which goes digital April 16, and the DayStar-owned KDTN-Channel 2, which makes the move two weeks later. According to this list, also released yesterday, the rest of Dallas's stations will make the switch on June 12.
