Just wanted to let you know, I work in Highland Park Village -- quite a stir, Dick and Lynn Cheney shopping at Beretta Gallery, Secret Service and police everywhere! We stood across the lot and stared, of course. They waved as they drove away with bags in hand.

Tonight, Cheney's also doing some fund-raising for Republican Sen. John Cornyn at a local abode. No doubt, it's in the HP. --Robert Wilonsky
