Ramiro Arriaga was getting gas at a Harry Hines 7-11 just after midnight on August 31 when a man walked up behind him, put a gun to his head, and pistol-whipped him. As the man held Arriaga to the ground, a second suspect, described only as a black woman, rifled through his pockets, finding a cell phone and $100. The two then got into a red Pontiac driven by a third person, also described as a black woman, and fled.
Police are looking for the three people involved in the robbery, one of whom is shown in a picture taken by an in-store surveillance camera. Anyone with information should contact Detective Carcone with the Crimes Against Persons Division at 214-671-3649 or file an anonymous report through Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS.
