Every local media outlet's been waiting for it, but KTVT-Channel 11 managed to get its hands on the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission's internal investigation concerning the raid on the Rainbow Lounge, and it isn't pretty. Right, Fort Worth State Rep. Lon Burnam? "I think there's been a foul up that needs to be corrected, but sometimes when people go Rambo, they go Rambo."

Myriad rules and procedures were violated, according to the story, and officers didn't report the injuries to Chad Gibson, who had to be hospitalized for a week after the raid (he suffered a skull fracture and blood clot on the brain). And those "State Police" shirts? Unapproved. Says one TABC agent in the report, he didn't do nuffin' wrong: "I'm very apathetic. I could care less." Burnam smells lawsuits.

TABC officials to whom I spoke this morning said the report will be released today. We will post in its entirety as soon as it becomes available.
