Dallas County Elections is reporting that the Vote No side has 30,056 votes, for 50.44 percent of the vote. CATOH can count thus far 29,535 votes. Which means a 207-vote margin has increased to 521. If I do my math correctly. Big if.

I asked Anne Raymond at what margin will CATOH not ask for a recount: "I have no idea," she said. "We haven't even talked about that."

Not surprisingly, then, Proposition 2 is also going down -- but by a significantly wider margin of 8,055 votes: 32,363 no votes to 24,308 in favor.
